We spend some time outside after dinner most evenings. One night last week, with the sun setting sooner as fall approaches, we were outside during golden hour and the light was too pretty not to grab a few pictures of my little family. Because I want to remember so many things about this time in our lives.
I want to remember…
…Peyton looking for every airplane that she hears flying over us.
…Forest’s chuckle when he sees Peyton’s hair standing up after he takes a picture.
…Indie running around the yard with her ball and floppy ears.
…Peyton’s belly laughs as Forest throws her in the air.
…And Forest doing his best to keep going!
…Shaky steps in the uneven yard.
…Peyton’s bum in the air as she tries to stand up for the 3rd time because she just can’t find her balance in that spot.
…Squeals from Peyton as Indie runs in our direction with the ball she retrieved.
…Scraped knees and boo-boo’s to kiss.
…Patio furniture being pushed all around by a baby who is so proud she can move it.
…Coming inside for bath and bed time with an exhausted baby girl and tired pup.
^pointing at every airplaine
^I love seeing her bum in the air while she’s standing up. :)
^i loooooooove her floppy ears when she runs
I’m looking forward to as many golden hour evenings in our backyard as I can squeeze in these next few weeks!
Until next time — Cindy
