Peanut Butter Cookies

Peyton and I made the easiest peanut butter cookies yesterday afternoon.  My dad made them over the weekend for a cookout so I the baby was obviously craving them and I’m telling you, they are SO easy!  Which is the goal when baking with kids, right?!

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 box yellow cake mix
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 cup oil
    • 1 cup peanut butter
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix all ingredients and spoon onto cookie sheets.  Bake for 10 minutes.  Times vary so check frequently (I had used 3 cookie sheets and the best ones were baked for 14 minutes but my dad said his didn’t need to bake as long so it depends on the oven!).
